Bette Obi Congratulates Boki Chairperson, Eti-Eka Beatrice Nyiam On Tribunal Victory

The Chairman, House Committee on Agriculture, Forestry and Natural Resources, Cross River State House of Assembly, Hon. Bette Philip Obi has joined legions of admirers and political associates to eulogize Eti-Eka, Hon. Beatrice Etta Nyiam, Executive Chairperson of Boki Local Government Area on her well deserved victory at the Local Government Petition Tribunal sitting in Obubra, Cross River State.

Following Hon. Beatrice Nyiam’s reaffirmation by the tribunal, this Boki 1 Lawmaker urged the Council Boss to view her success story as divine orchestration intended for a remodeled Boki nation, filled with prosperity for the teeming populace, underscoring her broader acceptability. 

It would be recalled that shortly after the Local Government elections in Cross River State on 2 November 2024, PDP and her Chairmanship candidate, Hon. Frank Agbor challenged outcome of the election at the Local Government Petition Tribunal necessitating judicial interrogations.

Having exploited evidences tendered by both the petitioner and defender, the Tribunal reaffirmed victory of the APC and her Chairmanship candidate as earlier announced by the Cross River State Independent Electoral Commission (CROSIEC).
