Gov. Otu suspends April 2025 Monthly Sanitation Exercise

The Governor of Cross River State, His Excellency, Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu has approved the suspension of the environmental sanitation exercise scheduled to take place on the 26th of April 2025.

This was revealed in a release signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Nsa Gill on Thursday.

The suspension is aimed to facilitate unimpeded movement for all candidates and officials participating in the JAMB examinations which is to take place simultaneously across the nation.

However, residents and business owners are encouraged to uphold the ethos of cleanliness and environmental stewardship by cleaning their environments, clearing drainage and gutters and responsibly disposing of their waste.

Together with conscious efforts we can keep Cross River State clean and green.
