NUJ C/River Council Celebrates her Excellency Bishop Eyoanwan Otu @61
The Nigeria Union of Journalists, Cross River State council wholeheartedly congratulates the first lady of Cross River State, Her Excellency, Bishop Eyoanwan Otu, on the occasion of her 61st birthday celebration.
In a statement released and signed by the NUJ Cross River State Council Chairman, Archibong Bassey, and the Secretary NUJ Cross River State Council, Mike Abang, the Union facilitates with her Excellency as she marks another auspicious milestone.
Expressing great excitement and appreciation for Her Excellency Bishop Eyoanwan Otu’s multiple impacts on the people of Cross River State and society at large, Archibong, while noting that her personality is worthy of emulation, alluded that the people of Cross Riverians are blessed to have her as a solid support to his Excellency Governor Prince Bassey Otu.
“Her Excellency, as a woman of faith, compassion, and purpose, you have continued to inspire Cross Riverians through your selfless devotion to humanitarian causes, spiritual leadership, and passionate advocacy for the vulnerable. Your tireless commitment to uplifting the lives of women, children and the less privilege speaks to a life wholly dedicated to service.

“As a bishop, mentor, mother, and partner in governance, you have remained a pillar of support to his Excellency, Governor Prince Bassey Otu, and a symbol of hope to countless families across our dear state. Your warmth, wisdom, and unwavering faith have enriched the social fabric of Cross River State,” the statement reads.
Celebrating her legacy, the Union wishes Her Excellency a beautiful year and many more to come as she continues to make positive impacts in the lives of women, children and less privilege in the state.
