Gabriel Jesus found the back of the net with a close-range finish to put the Gunners 1-0 ahead. Crystal Palace got the equalizer in the 11th minute of the match courtesy of a fine finish from Ismaila Sarr. The Senegalese Forward curled the ball brilliantly past David Raya to make the scoreline 1-1.

Gabriel Martinelli was part of the goalscoring party as he netted a brilliant goal for Arsenal to make the scoreline 4-1. Super-sub Declan Rice sealed the win with a late goal in the match to hand the Gunners a massive 5-1 victory over Palace at full-time.

Manchester City on the other hand suffered their second consecutive defeat in the Premier League today when they travelled to face Aston Villa at the Villa Park Stadium.
