Unique Leadership Stride: Boki Chairman Consults With Leadership Over Appointments

In her unique style of leadership and paradigm shift, the Executive Chairman of Boki Local Government Council, Eti-Eka Hon (Mrs) Beatrice Etta Nyiam, on Sunday, 24th November,2024 hosted a high level leadership meeting with the leaders of Boki as part of her consultation towards making a broad based, well informed and widely acceptable decision on the much anticipated appointment list for executive arm of the Boki local government council, at her residence in Calabar.

In attendance at the meeting were: the Honorable Member representing Boki Ikom Federal Constituency in the House of Representative, Hon Victor Abang(aka Mature), the Chapter Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Chief Kelvin Njong, the Leader of Boki Local Government and Special Adviser to the Governor on Security Matters (Central), Retd AIG  Bassey Abang, Hon Commissioner of Information, Hon Erasmus Ekpang, Honorable members representing Boki 1 and 2 Constituency, Hon Bette Obi and Rt Hon Hilary Bisong, the 2 members of the state executive members of the APC, Dr Juliet Diwa, Special leader and Hon Sammy Ankwo, Central Youth Leader,  former member House of Assembly and SSA to the Governor on Political Matters, Rt Hon Chief Jake Otu Enyia, former commissioner and former leader of Boki Pastor Dane Osim Asu, CRO Boki 1 Hon Dr. Gabriel Ogre, the Campaign DG in the just concluded local government elections, Hon Engr Raymond Nandi, Hon Barr Dakim, the SA to the Governor on Timber Control (Central) Hon Daniel Bisong, Hon Feddy Ncha, Consultant, Evan. Alfred Odok, Secretary of Council  Kerien Ofre Banyo, former Councillor Hon Mactomy Agan and other sons.

The meeting held peacefully, and deliberations and suggestions were done amicably.

Highlights of the meeting was the friendly exchange of banters amongst those present, signifying that everyone was in one accord on the outcome of the deliberations.
